Ingredients for Caesar Devil Eggs Recipe

  • Eggs hardboiled and peeled 4

  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Capers 1 teaspoon

  • Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon

  • Red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon

  • Parmesan cheese powder 1 teaspoon

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Lettuce leaves roman, torn 2-3


Step 1

Halve eggs, separate yolks and put into a bowl and place the whites on a serving platter.

Step 2

Mash the egg yolks, add garlic, capers and whisk with an electric beater. Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Step 3

Add red wine vinegar and whisk. Add parmesan cheese powder and whisk again. Add olive oil and whisk. Add 1 tablespoon water and whisk well.

Step 4

Add salt and crushed peppercorns and whisk well.

Step 5

Fill a piping bag fitted with star nozzle with the yolk mixture and pipe it out into the egg white shells. Place a torn lettuce leaf over reach shell.

Step 6

Serve immediately.
