Ingredients for Blueberry Avocado Smoothie Recipe

  • Blueberries fresh 1 cup

  • Avocado 1

  • Ripe mango chopped 1 cup

  • Kiwi roughly chopped 2 medium

  • Pineapple juice ½ cup

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Coconut milk ½ cup

  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Halve the avocado, scoop out the flesh and put into a blender jar. Add mango, kiwi, pineapple juice and some ice cubes to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Pour avocado mixture into individual glasses till ¾ full.

Step 3

Blend together coconut milk, blueberries and some ice cubes to a smooth mixture and pour on top of avocado mixture filling the glasses.

Step 4

Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve immediately.
