Ingredients for Black-Eyed Bean Wada Recipe

  • Black Eyed Bean soaked 1 cup

  • Spinach 1/2 cup

  • Onion 2 medium

  • Salt to taste

  • Ginger 1/2 inch piece

  • Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon

  • Oil to deep fry


Step 1

Grind together black eyed beans, spinach leaves, onions, salt, ginger, cumin seeds and half cup water to a coarse but thick paste.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non stick kadai make small wadas out of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown.

Step 3

Serve hot garnish with green chutney.
