Ingredients for Berry Banana Smoothie Recipe

  • Blueberries 1 1/2 cups

  • Ripe bananas 2

  • Skimmed milk yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Sugar Free Natura 6-8

  • Skimmed milk chilled 3 cups

Method

Step 1

Peel, dice bananas and put them in a blender jar.Add blueberries, ½ cup yogurt and blend. Add sugar free naturadrops, a few ice cubes and blend till smooth.

Step 2

Add skimmed milk and blend once more. Pour into stemmed glasses and serve chilled.
