Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to yeast and heat for 10 seconds in a microwave. Remove from oven and mix well.
Put flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough.
Add oil and knead again. Cover with a wet muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle little flour on the worktop. Take a portion of the dough and roll out into a medium disc dusting with flour. You can also spread the portion into the disc with your hands. Prick the surface of the disc with a fork. Similarly make the remaining pizza bases.
Grease a baking tray with oil.
Place pizza bases on the greased baking tray, cover with a wet muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Remove the muslin cloth, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and use the pizza base as required.
