Ingredients for Barbecue Mocktail Recipe

  • Peaches peeled, seeded and cut into halves 5-6

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • brown sugar/jaggery 4 teaspoons

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Parsley sprigs for garnishing


Step 1

Heat a non-stick grill pan. Place peaches on it and grill till golden and grill marks appear on both sides.

Step 2

Transfer grilled peaches into a mortar reserving a few for garnishing. Let the peaches cool to room temperature, add lemon juice and brown sugar and muddle with a pestle.

Step 3

Place muddles peaches into a Boston shaker. Add lots of ice cubes, cover and shake well.

Step 4

Strain drink into individual Martini glasses, garnish with parsley sprigs and reserved grilled peaches.

Step 5

Serve chilled.
