Ingredients for Banana and Coconut Nougat Recipe

  • Fresh coconut grated 250 grams

  • Ripe bananas 6 piece

  • Vanilla pod 1 piece

  • Nutmeg 1/2 piece

  • Sugar 250 grams


Step 1

Slit the vanilla pod and remove the seeds.

Step 2

Put the sugar in a pan and cook.

Step 3

Meanwhile peel and mash the bananas in a bowl. Grate nutmeg over the bananas. Add vanilla and mix.

Step 4

Once the sugar begins to caramelize, add bananas and mix

Step 5

Add coconut and mix well till the mixture forms a ball.

Step 6

Transfer the mixture onto a plate. Smoothen the surface and serve.
