Ingredients for Baby Uttapa With Aloo Bhaji Recipe

  • Uttapam Batter Ready Mixed 2 cups

  • Aloo Bhaji 1/2 cup

  • Oil as required

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 8 tablespoons

  • Red chilli Garlic Chutney 2 teaspoons

  • Green chutney 4 teaspoons

  • Date and tamarind chutney 4 teaspoons

  • Sev 6 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Heat a non-stick tawa. Grease it lightly. Pour one ladle of batter and spread to a slightly thick three-inch uttappa.

Step 2

Drizzle some oil all around. Put a little aloo bhaji on the top. Cook till the base is crisp.

Step 3

Turn over and press lightly till the aloo bhaji is lightly golden. Turn over once again.

Step 4

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the bhaji and cover till the cheese melts. Remove the uttappa onto a serving plate.

Step 5

Spread all the three chutneys, sprinkle sev and serve immediately. Make other uttappa in a similar way.
