Ingredients for Apricot Layered Milkshake Recipe

  • Apricot juice 2 cups

  • Milk 1/2 cup

  • Vanilla ice cream 4-5 scoops


Step 1

Boil the apricot juice in a deep non-stick pan till it reduces ¾ in quantity. Remove the scum with a spoon.

Step 2

Blend together the ice cream and milk in a blender jar. Pour into a bowl.

Step 3

Reserve some of the reduced apricot juice and divide the remaining into four individual serving glasses. Add the milkshake on top of it.

Step 4

Drizzle the reserved apricot juice on top and serve chilled.
