Ingredients for Anokhee Sev Puri Recipe

  • Puris 14-15

  • Sprouted Green gram 1/2 cup

  • Tomatoes chopped 1

  • Onion chopped 1

  • Potato boiled peeled and diced 1

  • Green chutney 2 tablespoons

  • Tamarind chutney 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Roasted peanuts 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh coriander chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Sev 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Mix green gram along with tomato, onion and potato.

Step 2

Add in both chutneys along with salt, lemon juice, roasted peanuts and coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 3

Place the mixture on the puris and garnish it with sev and serve immediately.
