Ingredients for Ande Ka Sheera Recipe

  • Eggs 2

  • Rawa 1 teaspoon

  • Milk 1/2 cup

  • Sugar 2 tablespoons

  • Green cardamom powder a pinch


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Lower the heat add milk and bring it to boil.

Step 2

Add eggs and stir continuously till the mixture thickens.

Step 3

Add sugar and green cardamom powder and cook till the sugar dissolves.

Step 4

Serve hot.
