Ingredients for Almond Bar Recipe

  • Almonds 200 grams

  • Chocolate biscuits 12-14

  • Dark chocolate grated 3/4 cup

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup

  • Golden apricots roughly chopped 3/4 cup

  • Butter 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Toast almonds in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes and transfer into a chopper jar. Cool slightly and chop roughly. Put them into a bowl.

Step 2

Heat butter in the same pan on medium heat. Add dark chocolate, condensed milk and mix till both blend well.

Step 3

Add golden apricots to the almonds. Crush the biscuits and add to the almonds and mix well. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.

Step 4

Line a aluminium tray with cling wrap and put the almond mixture into it. Spread evenly and set aside to cool and set completely.

Step 5

Cut into bars and serve.
