Ingredients for Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 cup

  • Olive oil 8 teaspoons

  • Eggs 3

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180º C. Line a baking tray with 8 tart moulds.

Step 2

Pour 1 teaspoon olive oil in each mould. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

Break eggs and put into a plastic jar. Add milk, flour and salt and whisk well. Strain the batter into another plastic jar, cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

Pour the egg mixture into tart moulds. Place the baking tray back in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5

Demould and serve hot.
