Ingredients for Valentine Choco Dip Recipe

  • Milk chocolate chopped 2 cups

  • Instant coffee powder 2 teaspoons

  • Vanilla essence ¼ teaspoon

  • Cinnamon powder a pinch

  • Whipped cream 2 tablespoons

  • Marshmallows 6-8

  • Pear cut into cubes 1

  • Apple cut into cubes 1

  • Vanilla sponge cake cut into cubes 1

Method

Step 1

Combine chocolate and coffee powder in a bowl and heat in the microwave for a minute. Remove from heat and mix till the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.

Step 2

Add vanilla essence and cinnamon powder and mix well. Add whipped cream and mix well.

Step 3

Insert the following onto skewers alternately: marshmellow, pear, apple and cake.

Step 4

Serve the prepared skewers with the chocolate dip.
