Ingredients for Uttappam Waffles Recipe

  • Batter for Uttappam as required

  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium

  • Carrot grated 1 small

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Green chillies finely chopped 1-2

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for greasing


Step 1

Take uttappam batter in a bowl. Add onion, carrot, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt and mix well.

Step 2

Grease a waffle iron with some oil. Pour the batter in it, cover and cook till fully done.

Step 3

Cut into triangles and serve.
