Ingredients for Tzatziki Recipe

  • Yogurt 1½ cups

  • Cucumber peeled and grated 1 medium

  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh dill (suva) chopped 1 small piece

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns

  • Lemon juice ¼ teaspoon

  • Fresh parsley sprig for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Take yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, salt, crushed peppercorns and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Serve garnished with a parsley sprig.
