Ingredients for Tuna Roll Recipe

  • Tinned Tuna 1 cup

  • Wheat Flour Tortillas 4

  • Boiled eggs peeled 3

  • Spring onion with greens roughly chopped 2-3

  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons

  • Tomato chilli sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Iceberg lettuce leaves 5-6

  • Fresh rocket leaves for garnishing


Step 1

Halve 2 boiled eggs and grind with spring onion and the greens, half the tuna, mayonnaise and tomato chilli sauce to a smooth paste.

Step 2

Put remaining tuna into a bowl, add ground paste and mix well.

Step 3

Roughly chop remaining egg and add to the bowl and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator to chill.

Step 4

Roughly chop iceberg lettuce leaves.

Step 5

Place some of the egg mixture at one end of each tortilla, put chopped lettuce leaves over it and roll.

Step 6

Halve the rolls and place them on a serving plate, garnish with rocket leaves and serve immediately.
