Ingredients for Triple Chocolate Cookies Recipe

  • White chocolate chips ½ cup

  • Dark chocolate chips ½ cup

  • Cocoa powder ¼ cup

  • Refined flour (maida) 1¼ cup

  • Butter ½ cup

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) ¾ cup

  • Eggs 2

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon

  • Milk 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat.

Step 2

Cream together butter and castor sugar in a bowl with an electric beater. Add eggs and vanilla essence and whisk well.

Step 3

Sieve together flour, cocoa powder and baking soda into the bowl and whisk well. Add milk and continue to whisk. Add white chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips and fold in well.

Step 4

Divide the mixture into large equal portions and shape them into balls. Place them on the lined baking tray and flatten lightly.

Step 5

Place the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
