Ingredients for Spicy Sprouts Sandwich Recipe

  • Mixed sprouts boiled 1 cup

  • Brown bread slices 8

  • Soya granules soaked and drained 1/2 cup

  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium

  • Green chilli finely chopped 1

  • Pav bhaji masala 2 teaspoons

  • Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Put mixed sprouts, soya granules, onion, green chilli, pav bhaji masala, cumin powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Place a portion of the sprout mixture over four bread slices and spread. Cover with the remaining four slices.

Step 3

Heat a sandwich griller, place the sandwich on it and grill for four to five minutes.

Step 4

Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
