Take refined flour, wheat bran, soya flour and salt in a bowl. Mix yeast with sugar and warm water. When the sugar dissolves add it to the flour mixture. Add sufficient water and knead into a dough. Set aside to ferment.
Preheat oven to 220° C. Roll the dough to half centimeter thickness and cut in the shape of a star with the help of a moulded cardboard star. Keep the base on a baking tray, prick with fork and bake in the preheated oven till done. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
Add carrot puree and mix. Add tomato concasse, tomato ketchup, salt, red chilli flakes, dried oregano, hand torn basil and cook till the sauce is thick.Cut the red, yellow and green capsicums into small pieces. Trim the asparagus and slice the fresh button mushrooms. Spread the sauce on the pizza base. Over it put corn kernels, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese.
Put some more corn kernels, the coloured capsicum pieces, asparagus tips. Finally dribble some olive oil on top. Bake in the oven at 200° to 220° C till the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
