  • Red bell pepper roasted and deseeded 4 medium

  • Jalapeno roasted 1 cup

  • Feta cheese ½ cup

  • Sundried tomatoes 4

  • Garlic cloves 1

  • Spring onion bulb 1

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoons


Step 1

Blend together the bell peppers, feta cheese, jalapeno, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and spring onion bulb. Add the salt and crushed peppercorns and blend again.
