Ingredients for Quinoa Pistachio Bars Recipe

  • Quinoa roasted ½ cup

  • Pistachios roasted and crushed ¼ cup

  • Dates seeded 1 cup

  • Honey 1 tablespoon

  • Dark chocolate chips 2-3 tablespoons

  • Salt a pinch

  • Oil for greasing


Step 1

Coarsely grind dates in a food processor and transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Add honey, pistachios, quinoa, chocolate chips and mix. Add salt and mix well.

Step 3

Grease a barfi tray with some oil, transfer the date-quinoa mixture into it and level it out. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4

Cut into 1 inch thick pieces and demould. Serve.
