Ingredients for Pumpkin With Coconut Milk Recipe

  • Red pumpkin (bhopla/kaddu) peeled and grated 250 grams

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Ghee 2 tablespoons

  • Coconut milk 1 1/2 cup

  • Watermelon seeds 1/4 cup


Step 1

Heat ghee in a deep non stick pan. Add pumpkin and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Add sugar and cook till sugar dissolves.

Step 3

Add 1 cup coconut milk and cook. Add watermelon seeds and mix well. Cook till the pumpkin is completely cooked.

Step 4

Add the remaining coconut milk and mix. Serve hot.
