Ingredients for Pumpkin Chia Pudding Recipe

  • pumpkin puree 1 cup

  • Chia Seeds ¼ cup

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Seedless dates 8

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Cinnamon powder ¾ teaspoon

  • Dried ginger powder (soonth) ½ teaspoon

  • Nutmeg powder ½ teaspoon

  • all-spice ¼ teaspoon

  • Sea salt a pinch


Step 1

Blend together pumpkin puree, milk, dates, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, nutmeg powder, all-spice and sea salt till smooth. Add chia seeds and blend again till well combined.

Step 2

Divide the mixture equally into 4 individual jars and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3

Serve chilled.
