Ingredients for Oodles Of Noodles Recipe

  • Noodles boiled 200 grams

  • Corn Kernels 2

  • French beans blanched 4-5

  • Red capsicum 1 small

  • Yellow capsicum 1 small

  • Oil 1 teaspoon

  • Corn kernels boiled 1/2 cup

  • Soy sauce 2 teaspoons

  • Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons

  • Sweet chilli sauce 2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Spring onion greens 2 stalk

  • Bean sprouts 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Diagonally slice spring onions and French beans. Cut the red and yellow capsicums into strips.

Step 2

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add spring onions and sauté for a minute. Add French beans and sauté for a minute on high heat.

Step 3

Add corn kernels, boiled noodles, red and yellow capsicums, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, sweet chilli sauce and salt.

Step 4

Toss and mix. Chop spring onion greens and add along with bean sprouts. Toss and mix well.

Step 5

Serve hot.
