Ingredients for Oats with dried fruits Recipe

  • Porridge oats 85 gram

  • Skimmed milk 600 ml

  • Whole almonds slivered 4-5

  • Dried apricots chopped 20 gram

  • Prunes chopped 40 gram

Method

Step 1

Put the oats in a pan and roast for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add the milk and bring to the boil.

Step 3

Stir in the almonds and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the oat mixture becomes thick.

Step 4

Add the apricots and prunes, mix well, and serve hot.
