Minty Chocolate

Ingredients for Minty Chocolate Recipe

  • Fresh mint leaves roughly chopped ¼ cup

  • White chocolate chopped 1 cup

  • Fresh cream ½ cup

  • Dark chocolate biscuits crushed as required

  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing


Step 1

Heat cream in a non-stick pan. Add mint leaves, mix and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2

Take the white chocolate in a bowl.

Step 3

Strain the cream-mint leaves mixture into the bowl and heat in the microwave for 15 seconds. Mix well till smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4

Fill the cream mixture into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle.

Step 5

Place a spoonful of crushed biscuits in individual large spoons. Pipe a rosette on the biscuits.

Step 6

Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
