Ingredients for Kimchi Recipe

  • Cabbage cut into 1 inch pieces 1 small

  • Sesame seeds 2 tablespoons

  • Brown sugar 4 teaspoons

  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

  • Vinegar 2 tablespoons

  • Red chillies crushed 3 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Sesame seeds (til) roasted 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, crushed red chillies and salt. Add cabbage and turn off the heat. Toss well. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
