  • Peanut butter creamy 3 tablespoons

  • Egg 1

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 tablespo + 1 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180º C.

Step 2

Break egg into an oven proof mug. Add castor sugar and beat well. Add peanut butter and whisk well.

Step 3

Place the mug on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes.

Step 4

Serve.
