Ingredients for Ginger Fudge Recipe

  • Ginger Biscuits 200 grams

  • Dark Chocolate toasted 50 grams

  • Almonds toasted 50 grams

  • Butter 50 grams

  • Fresh cream 50 ml

  • Honey 3 tablespoons

  • Dark chocolate cut into small cubes 200 grams


Step 1

Crush walnuts and almonds coarsely and transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Break biscuits and add to the crusher. Crush finely and transfer in the same bowl. Mix well.

Step 3

Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Add cream and honey and mix well. Add chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts.

Step 4

Add chocolate mixture to the biscuit mixture and mix well.

Step 5

Place a cling wrap in an aluminium tray, spread the fudge mixture on it and level it out. Refrigerate till set.

Step 6

Cut into small pieces and serve.
