Ingredients for Gangnam Style Chicken Wings Recipe

  • Chicken wings 8

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic cloves chopped 8-10

  • Ginger chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh red chillies 6-7 small

  • Red chilli sauce 3 tablespoons

  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Chilli vinegar 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • brown sugar/jaggery 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • A few thin strips of green, red and yellow capsicum


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic, ginger and fresh red chillies and mix. Add chicken wings and saute till the wings are well browned.

Step 2

Reduce heat, add red chilli sauce, soy sauce, chilli vinegar and brown sugar and mix well.

Step 3

Add a little salt and mix well.

Step 4

Switch off heat, transfer into a serving plate and serve hot garnished with a few red, green and yellow capsicum strips.
