Ingredients for Fruit Shrikhand Recipe

  • Mixed Fruits 1

  • Hung Yogurt 2

  • Mango pulp 1/4 cup

  • Hung yogurt 2 cups

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 3/4 cup

  • Black grapes 8-10 + for

  • Apple 1

  • Chickoos peeled 2

  • Strawberries 5-6

  • Red velvet cakes 2-3


Step 1

Peel apple and bananas and cut into small pieces and put them into a bowl.

Step 2

Whisk together yogurt and castor sugar in another bowl till well blended.

Step 3

Add mango pulp and continue to whisk.Add the mixture to the fruits and mix well.

Step 4

Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and serve cold in a martini glass or a bowl.

Step 5

Blend custard with an electric beater and add to fruits. Mix well.

Step 6

Crumble velvet cakes and place in a circular glass dish. Press lightly, pour custard on top and spread evenly.

Step 7

Halve the strawberry and make a fan out of it. Place it on the centre of the dish. Halve black grapes and place on the circular side of the dish.

Step 8
