Ingredients for Fresh Spinach Pasta Dough Recipe

  • Spinach puree as required

  • Refined flour (maida) 100 grams + for dusting

  • Salt to taste

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Put flour, salt, olive oil and some spinach puree in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Transfer the dough on the worktop, dust some flour on top and knead into a stiff dough. Transfer into a bowl, cover with cling film and set aside for 20-25 minutes.

Step 3

Use as required.
