Ingredients for Fresh Pasta Dough Recipe

  • Refined flour (maida) 300 grams

  • Salt to taste

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • Eggs 4


Step 1

Combine flour, salt, olive oil and 3 eggs in a bowl, mix and knead into a dough.

Step 2

Separate remaining egg yolk from egg whites, add yolk to the dough and knead into a stiff dough. Transfer into a bowl, cover with a cling film and set aside for 20-25 minutes.

Step 3

Use as required.
