Step 1
Put yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt in a bowl and mix. Add mustard oil and mix well.

Add fish pieces and mix. Add onion cubes and green capsicum cubes and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
One each skewer insert these pieces in this order: 1 onion cube, 1 capsicum cube, 1 fish piece and repeat this till all the ingredients are used.

Preheat an electric griller and grease with some oil. Place the prepared skewers, cover and grill till well done and golden.
Step 5
Warm tortillas from both sides on a non-stick pan. Transfer on the worktop.
Step 6
Remove the fish pieces from the skewers.
Step 7
Place few lettuce leaves, cucumber strips and grilled fish in the center of each tortilla. Squeeze lemon juice on top and sprinkle some chaat masala on top.
Step 8
Fill a squeezy bottle with mint-mayonnaise and drizzle on top of prepared tortillas. Roll the tortilla wraps, in aluminium foil and halve.
Step 9
Serve immediately.
