  • Red Capsicum roughly chopped 1

  • Sundried Tomatoes deseeded 4

  • Sundried tomatoes soaked 10

  • Tamarind pulp 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Garlic 3 cloves

  • Olive oil tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Grind together red capsicum, red chillies, sun dried tomatoes, tamrind pulp, black pepper powder, garlic and sufficient water to make a smooth paste. Mix olive oil and serve.
