Sindhi cuisine refers to the cuisine of the Sindhis from Sindh, Pakistan and India. 
Combinations of dishes are also important in Sindhi cuisine. Over the years the best ones have lasted and are repeatedly presented together.

Ingredients for Churi Recipe

  • Whole wheat flour (atta) 1½ cups

  • Ghee ½ cup

  • Sugar ½ cup

  • Roasted peanuts crushed 1 tablespoon

  • Seedless dates chopped 1 tablespoon

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add wheat flour and sauté till it turns golden brown and fragrant. Transfer onto a plate and cool.
