Ingredients for Chocolate Kheer Recipe

  • Chocolate 1/2 cup

  • Milk 2 1/2 cups

  • Rice soaked 1 tablespoon

  • Cream 1/2 cup

  • Sugar 3 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat 2 cups milk in a deep non stick pan. Add rice and cook till completely soft. Keep bowl with grated chocolate in a microwave and melt for 1 minute.

Step 2

Put cream in a bowl, add ½ cup milk and mix well. Whisk chocolate well, add the cream and whisk again. Put a little of this chocolate sauce in each shot glass.

Step 3

When rice is completely cooked, add sugar and mix till it dissolves. Fill up each glass with this kheer while still hot. Let it cool down to room temperature and serve.
