Ingredients for Chilli-garlic Peanut Dip Recipe

  • Roasted peanuts 1 cup

  • Garlic flaked 4

  • Red chillies 3

  • Yogurt 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder for garnish


Step 1

In a grinder, grind garlic and chilli together, should not be very fine. Keep aside Grind the peanuts to a powder.

Step 2

In a serving bowl mix peanut powder, chilli-garlic mixture, curd and salt and whisk properly till smooth. Add water if required.

Step 3

Sprinkle chilli powder in a spiral style on top. Serve with Melba toast, chips, cheese sticks or any starter.
