Ingredients for Chelo Kabab Recipe

  • Chicken Mince 500 grams

  • Eggs paste 1 cup

  • Ginger-garlic paste 3 tablespoons

  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli paste 2 tablespoons

  • Green chillies chopped 4

  • Eggs 2

  • Refined flour (maida) 3 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Butter 100 grams


Step 1

In a bowl mix together, chicken mince, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, and cumin powder. Mix well.

Step 2

Add red chilli paste, 1 egg, refined flour, chopped chillies and salt. Mix well to form a soft dough.

Step 3

Divide the dough into equal portions and shape to form small kebabs.

Step 4

Heat butter on a non stick grill pan, shallow fry the kebabs on both side till golden brown.

Step 5

Remove on absorbent paper and serve hot.
