Ingredients for Cham Cham Paratha Recipe

  • Wheat Flour

  • Paneer 150 grams

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • For filling

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Onion 2

  • Tomato 1

  • Boiled potato 1

  • Paneer 50 grams

  • Egg 1

  • Capsicum 1

  • Red chill powder 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder a pinch

  • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Combine together whole wheat flour, oil, sugar, salt and make a soft dough. Cover and keep it aside.

Step 2

For filling heat oil and add chopped onion, tomato, potato, paneer and egg and cook for two minutes.

Step 3

Add capsicum, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder. Mix well and keep aside.

Step 4

Divide the dough into eight equal portions and shape them in a ball. Stuff the mixture into it and roll into Further roll out into a thick paranthas.

Step 5

Heat a tawa. Place a parantha on it and roast for half a minute.

Step 6

Flip and drizzle oil on the upper side. Flip again and drizzle some oil on the other side too. Continue to roast till both the sides are evenly lightly browned. Serve hot.
