Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for a minute.

Add onion and sauté till translucent.

Add potatoes, mix well and cook on high heat for a minute.

Add 4-5 cups water, stir to mix, cover and boil for 15 minutes.

Heat remaining oil in another non-stick pan. Add sausage and shallow-fry till crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.

Transfer cooked mixture in a bowl and blend with a hand blender.
Step 7
Transfer the blended mixture back into the pan, add little water and bring it to a boil.
Step 8
Add spinach and stir to mix. Add salt, pepper powder, mix well and cook for a minute.
Step 9
Add fried sausages and stir to mix. Pour into individual soup bowls and serve piping hot.
