Ingredients for Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe

  • Blueberry Jam 1/4 cup

  • Thick Yogurt 6 cups

  • Condensed milk 1/4 cup

  • Honey 4 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Wash muslin cloth in warm water. Place the muslin cloth over a strainer, put yogurt into it and squeeze out water into a bowl. Hang it overnight in a refrigerator to drain out the whey completely.

Step 2

Put this hung yogurt into a bowl. Add condensed milk and whisk well. Add honey and blueberry jam and whisk again.

Step 3

Pour this mixture into a silicon container, cover with a lid and keep in the refrigerator to set.

Step 4

Scoop out frozen yogurt from the container and place in stem glasses and serve chilled.
