Ingredients for Besan Laddoos Recipe

  • Gram Flour 1 1/2 cups

  • Refined Flour 1 cup

  • Semolina (rawa/suji) 2 tablespoons

  • Powdered sugar 3/4 cup

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 3/4 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 cup

  • Ghee melted 1/2 cup

  • Almonds sliced 4 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat ghee in a non stick pan add besan, refined flour, semolina and saute till light brown.

Step 2

Remove and cool the mixture.In a bowl combine together besan mixture, powdered sugar, castor sugar cardamon powder and melted ghee and mix well and make even size ladoos. Serve garnish with sliced almonds.
