Ingredients for Berry Ginger Ale Recipe

  • Gooseberries 5-6

  • Ginger Ale chilled 150 millilitres

  • Honey 3 tablespoons

  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Fresh mint leaves 2-3 + for serving

  • Drinking soda for topping

Method

Step 1

Roughly chop two gooseberries and three strawberries. Halve the remaining gooseberries and strawberries.

Step 2

Place the halved strawberries and gooseberries in a blender jar with honey, cinnamon powder, two to three mint leaves and ginger ale. Blend well.

Step 3

Place the chopped berries with some mint leaves in four serving glass. Pour the drink over them and top with drinking soda.

Step 4

Serve chilled garnished with a strawberry.
