Ingredients for Atte Ka Halwa Recipe

  • Whole Wheat Flour coarsely ground 1 cup

  • Ghee 1/2 cup

  • Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar 1/3 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon


Step 1

Heat 3 cups water in a deep non-stick pan. Heat ghee in another non-stick pan.

Step 2

Add sugar free to the hot water and stir for 2 minutes. Add atta to hot ghee and sauté, stirring continuously, for 8-10 minutes or till lightly browned.

Step 3

Add sugar free syrup and stir. Add green cardamom powder and cook, stirring continuously, till thick.

Step 4

Add more hot water if required. Serve hot.
