Ingredients for Angoor aur Khajur ki Chutney Recipe

  • Seedless grapes 25-30

  • Seedless dates 250 grams

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder roasted ½ teaspoon

  • Raisins 1½ tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Jaggery (gur) grated ¼ cup

Method

Step 1

Cook grapes and dates in a deep non-stick pan with 2-3 tablespoons of water on medium heat till the grapes are completely soft and mashed.

Step 2

Add red chilli powder and cumin powder, raisins and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add salt and jaggery and mix well. Cook, stirring continuously, till the jaggery is completely dissolved and well blended.

Step 4

Serve at room temperature.
