500 grams of yogurt
2 fresh coconuts
1 small packet of methi seeds
1 packet of dried red chillies
1 small packet of refined flour
1 small packet of fresh thyme
1 small packet of fresh parsley
1 small packet of chaat masala
1 small packet of boondi
1 small packet of coriander seeds
1 small packet of poppy seeds
50 grams of shallots
For faster preparation
For Kachia Moru grind the coconut paste and set aside. Prepare the batter for onion rings without the baking soda. Prepare the ground paste for sambhar.
How to go about it
Start with tempering the Moru and let it cool. Then finish the sambhar. Finally fry the rings do not forget to add soda to the batter.
