How to prepare : Radha BollobhiSorse Bata Ilish Chenna Panki

 

Shopping list

500 grams of refined flour

1 medium Hilsa

300 grams of chhena

4 banana leaves

50 grams pistachios

1 small packet of raisins

1 gram of saffron

1 small bottle of honey

 

For faster preparation

For Bollohi wash and soak the dal. Prepare the dough. Prepare the stuffing by cooking the dal, then dry roast the whole spices, cool and grind them. Then stuff the stuffing in dough and set aside. Cut the fish in darnes, wash and then marinate it with salt and turmeric. Grind mustard seeds and chillies to a fine paste. Cut the potatoes in finger size. Pan fry the fish till golden brown in colour and then the potatoes until brown. For panki cut the banana leave in circles. Then sliver pistachios, soak saffron in water. Mix the chenna with nuts, saffron and honey.

 

How to go about it

Start with the fish curry. Grease the banana leaves and then spread the chenna mixture, fold them and sear them on both sides till done. Then deep fry the Bollohi till golden brown in colour.
