1 small bottle of sesame oil

1 bunch of spring onion

1 packet of stock seasoning

1 small bottle of soy sauce

1 small bottle of red chilli sauce

100 grams of roasted peanuts

250 grams boneless chicken

2 packets of baby corns

1 small bottle of oyster sauce

1 small bottle of dark soy sauce

1 small packet of basil leaves

1 red capsicum

1 packet of spring roll wrappers

1 packet of seedless dates

100 grams of walnuts

1 small packet of sesame seeds

For faster preparation

For kungpao boiled the potatoes with salt and cut into quarters. Deep fry the potatoes by dusting it with cornstarch and crushed peppercorns. Cut the red chillies, spring onions and roughly chop the peanuts. Cut thin slices of chicken, diagonally cut the babycorn. Prepare the date sand walnut mixture. Stuff the walnut mixture in spring roll sheets and shape them in spring rolls.

How to go about it

Deep fry the spring rolls. Then start with the chicken, finally toss the potatoes.
